The Gathering returns to 9-9bis in Oignies on June 20, 2026 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Mandylion, with Anneke van Giersbergen. Released in 1995, that album marked the band’s shift toward an atmospheric rock/metal sound, driven by airy textures and a distinctive melodic tension. For the occasion, the band will perform the standout tracks from Mandylion and draw from the Anneke-era repertoire, offering a journey that links the metal foundations to more dreamy and experimental excursions.
