On 30 November 2026 at Interference (Balma), Eluveitie opens the evening with its blend of modern metal and Celtic traditions. Formed in Switzerland in 2002, the band draws on pagan mythology and spirituality and made its name with Slania and Helvetios. Between bagpipes, fiddles and walls of guitars, the lineup alternates between electric formats and acoustic interludes. In 2022, a series of singles revived a thematic cycle linked to Ategnatos, while the album ÀNV, announced for 2025, continues that trajectory. Despite lineup changes, Eluveitie’s identity remains clear, sustained by the dialogue between clean vocals, growls and precise folk arrangements.

PAIN takes over with Peter Tägtgren’s industrial metal. Launched in 1997 as a solo side project alongside Hypocrisy, PAIN became a touring band while remaining centred on its creator. Metronomic beats, distorted guitars and sweeping synth layers structure a repertoire that now comprises nine albums, including I Am, released in May 2024. The single “Party In My Head,” unveiled in 2021 and included on that record, sums up the project’s axis, between electronic pulses and pounding choruses.

Wolfheart rounds out the bill on the Finnish side. Founded in 2013 by Tuomas Saukkonen, the band pursues a melodic death metal informed by doom and black hues, nourished by wintry atmospheres. From acoustic picking to faster assaults, the palette is broad without losing coherence. Their seventh album, Draconian Darkness (2024), condenses this songwriting and claims the label of “Winter Metal,” balancing melodies, heavy riffs and glacial atmospheres.
