Rilès

Rilès brings his self-made blend of rap, pop and R&B to Montréal on June 30, 2026 at MTELUS. Raised in Rouen with Algerian roots, the rapper, singer and producer built his path outside the usual circuits, first on YouTube and SoundCloud. In 2016 and 2017, his RILÈSUNDAYZ series — weekly tracks, mostly in English — set the tone: melodic hip hop, catchy hooks, layered harmonies and a taste for rhythm that sticks.

On stage, he extends a visual universe shaped around his Rilèsundayz ethos, while his productions weave North African colors into modern, sometimes electronic textures. The first tours that followed the RILÈSUNDAYZ compilation spread that approach across France and Europe, confirming a format that shifts easily from intimate to high-energy.

In 2019, Welcome to the Jungle gathered songs fully written, composed and produced by Rilès, balancing fast rap, sung passages and more inward moments. Since then, he has kept releasing singles and short projects, experimenting more in French and playing with contrasts between trap-leaning momentum and slower, moodier cuts. At MTELUS, expect that hybrid palette, served live with precision and fluidity.
