Info
Robyn will be at the ING Arena in Brussels on 30 June 2026 with The Sexistential Tour. Since her breakthrough in the 1990s with Robyn Is Here, the Swedish singer-songwriter has steadily built her own path: first R&B and dance, then founding Konichiwa Records and shifting to a tighter, more electronic pop sound with the album Robyn (2005). The Body Talk cycle (2010) struck a balance between songwriting and club energy, with synthetic rhythms and lyrics that dissect relationships and loneliness on the dancefloor. With Honey (2018) she moved toward a more minimal, layered pop that works as well at night as in headphones. Live she seeks that tension between emotion, melody and rhythm.
Smerz will be joining her. The Norwegian duo of Henriette Motzfeldt and Catharina Stoltenberg weaves spare, fragmented electronics with R&B influences and close harmony. After the EPs Okey (2016) and Have fun (2018) came the album Believer (2021), and more recently Big City Life (2025): compositions like small electronic pieces, close to the pop form but with slowed club codes and classical inflections. On stage Smerz moves between art space and nightclub, with attention to detail, atmosphere and direct melodies.
