La Rue Kétanou

Since the late 1990s, La Rue Kétanou has been making its way in three voices: Florent Vintrigner, Olivier Leite and Mourad Musset. Born on the cobblestones, between street theatre and café terraces, their songs grew through contact with people, moving from sidewalks to stages without losing their taste for live performance. Spotted around the turn of the 2000s, they released En attendant les caravanes, then Y’a des cigales dans la fourmilière, followed by Ouvert à double tour and A contresens, and have never stopped touring — sometimes supported by ensembles, always close to their audience. You’ll find down-to-earth stories, choruses that you catch on the fly, and a street-theatre energy that is shared unpretentiously. On 21 April 2026 at La Carrière, Saint-Herblain, La Rue Kétanou picks up the thread of this collective adventure: a concert conceived as a rendezvous, where the trio blends chanson, folk and stage verve to set words and music in motion.
