Carpenter Brut

Carpenter Brut arrives at Le Bikini in Ramonville-Saint-Agne on October 21, 2026. Behind the name is French producer Franck Hueso, the craftsman of a synthwave sound that blends hard-hitting electro, metal guitars and imagery borrowed from 1980s action and horror films. From the early 2010s he has been shaping a cinematic universe of biting synths, martial rhythms and retro‑futuristic atmospheres.

Brought to light by the EP series entitled Trilogy, Carpenter Brut confirmed his direction with Leather Teeth, a faux glam‑metal soundtrack built around an imaginary antihero, before driving the point home with Leather Terror, a darker, more metal‑oriented sequel. Each release pushes further the mix of electronic tension and rock energy, with a strong taste for razor‑sharp melodies and saturated textures.
