Brigitte Boisjoli

Brigitte Boisjoli, a Quebec singer from Drummondville, first reached a wide audience with Star Académie in 2009. Since then, she’s traced her own path between francophone pop, chanson and a taste for North American country. Her debut Fruits défendus (2011) set a melodic, straightforward tone, followed by Sans regret (2014) with more soul and pop colors, then a turn toward classic country with Hommage à Patsy Cline (2015). On stage, she shifts easily from electric band to a more acoustic setup, mixing her own songs with covers in French and English.

She brings that blend to Théâtre Manuvie in Brossard, Canada, on February 1, 2026. The set navigates intimate ballads, swing-tinged rhythms and country contours, carried by a voice anchored in both Quebec’s chanson tradition and the North American repertoire. The program draws a line through her discography while leaving space for reinterpretations that focus on arrangement and phrasing.
