After seven years away from the stage, Dany Boon is back with Clown n’est pas un métier, a new one-man show that sees him return to his original playground. A comedian, actor and native of the North, he explores the figure of the clown that has always accompanied him, weaving together childhood memories, film shoots and slices of life. His gift for storytelling, his portrayals of everyday characters and a healthy dose of self-deprecation are all on display, along with his taste for accents and situations that ring true. Through short stories and scenes captured on the fly, he talks about family, fame, the need to make people laugh, and how being on stage has changed the way he sees the world. Dany Boon will present Clown n’est pas un métier on 12 March 2027 at the Krussal - Palais des Congrès Dunkerque.
