La Rue Kétanou

La Rue Kétanou will make a stop at La Rotonde Châteaurenard on 31 May 2026. Born out of street theatre in the late 1990s, the trio formed by Mourad Musset, Olivier Leite and Florent Vintrigner has kept a taste for direct contact and words that roll off the tongue. Joined by Pierre Luquet’s accordion, they weave lively songs that sit between storytelling, folk pulses and choruses that travel from the stage into the audience. More than twenty-five years after their debut, the group cultivates freedom: lyrics that take the street as their backdrop, rhythms that invite people to walk together, and a troupe spirit that values exchange.

In concert, you find that mix of collective energy and simplicity—verses that stretch, shared choruses, a way of playing in the present without a rulebook. Loyal fans and the curious cross paths, carried by writing that aims for intimacy and melodies shaped to travel light.
