Ye Vagabonds

On April 16, 2026, Ye Vagabonds take the stage at the VIP in Saint-Nazaire. The Irish duo, led by brothers Brian and Diarmuid Mac Gloinn, moves between traditional airs and original compositions, showing real care for vocal harmonies. Acoustic guitars, mandolin, banjo, harmonium and sometimes violin form a spare setting where the voice leads the way. Recognised in Ireland and the United Kingdom, the two brothers are regularly linked with a new wave of folk that puts the acoustic at the center without turning its back on contemporary influences.

Their album All Tied Together was largely recorded live in a house in Galway, with producer Phil Weinrobe. It features restrained arrangements, a measured tempo and songwriting that lets melodies unfold without overloading them. On stage, Ye Vagabonds favour intimacy and clarity, allowing each song to breathe. It’s an invitation to listen to Irish tradition as they practise it today, between transmission, collective playing and attention to detail.
