Les Inrocks Festival celebrates its 40th anniversary at Centquatre - 104 Paris on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, opening with Stereolab. Laetitia Sadier and Tim Gane’s band, known for blending repetitive pop, krautrock and electronica, returns to the stage around Instant Holograms On Metal Film (2025), their first release since their 2009 split. Their interplay of guitars, analogue keyboards and metronomic grooves draws a clear line between seventies heritage and avant‑garde pop.
Kids Return, a Parisian duo, displays French touch and Britpop influences — songs with carefully crafted arrangements and luminous choruses made for the stage. Elias Rønnenfelt, Iceage’s vocalist, has been moving toward more stripped-down, electronic formats, driven by a direct songwriting approach and collaborations that have brought him closer to Dean Blunt and Yung Lean. The Itch completes the bill with a British duo at the crossroads of house and synthpop, productions tightened by club rhythms and immediate vocal lines. An evening that intersects pop, experimentation and electronic pulses beneath the glass canopy of the 104.
