French comedian Pablo Mira presents a third one-man show with a deliberately unstable title: Pablo Mira Is Still Looking for the Title of His Show. He takes aim at everything that annoys him in daily life — those little things that pile up and eventually send you to the shrink — before widening the lens to the major current trends he can’t keep up with, whether he’s labelled gifted or not. Between slightly blunt confessions and deliberately bad-faith quips, he throws open the therapist’s office door, dissects absurd conversations and strings together controlled derailments. Running through the show are his neuroses and his very personal way of sabotaging his own life, a device to scrutinize our routines and obsessions without artifice. An observational stand-up that grates and cuts, frank and direct, with a knack for lines that hit the mark. See you on 19 November 2027 at the Théâtre Fontaine, Paris.
