Lilly Wood and The Prick

On March 19, 2026, at La Rayonne in Villeurbanne, Lilly Wood and The Prick returns to the stage. Formed in 2006, the duo of Nili Hadida and Benjamin Cotto made their mark with “Prayer in C,” which became a touchstone of catchy, melodic pop, before playing venues and festivals from Australia to Europe. The band now opens a new chapter with “Swear,” a single produced by Myd and a precursor to an upcoming album. Rough guitar, an immediate riff and lyrics about friendship: the track moves back to a more direct energy, close to their beginnings, without detours.

On stage, the duo mixes recent songs and classics, alternating nervous pulses and more contemplative melodies. The songwriting remains stripped-down, carried by Nili’s clear voice and the guitar/synth chemistry that defines the project. It’s an opportunity to rediscover a repertoire shaped by years on the road and to sense the contours of the next record—a tug of war between luminous pop and rock tension.
