Barcella returns to the stage as a trio, with a light, stripped-down approach that places the lyrics at the centre. Driven by a desire to explore new horizons, he unveils more delicate, sensitive arrangements conceived for intimacy and attentive listening. Between discoveries and nods to his repertoire, he revisits the songs that have accompanied his journey while slipping in a few previously unheard pieces. The concert is thought of as an intimate interlude to be shared up close, where language plays, tells its stories and collides without losing its clarity. Opening the evening, 0scar, an artist from Sedan, performs solo—guitar and voice. A pared-back set that sets the scene and lays the groundwork with songs that keep the words front and centre.
