Bertrand Belin continues his trajectory by broadening his sonic landscapes. His new album places the piano in the foreground on several tracks, anchored to a reworked blend of electronics, guitar and drums. Strings appear at times, carrying the voice and altering the mood of each piece. On the lyrical side, he probes very concrete questions: our place, what we look at, our movements, love affairs, the attention we give ourselves, impulses, fears and doubts. He sings more, and his expansive prose opens up new branches without renouncing the spareness of his writing. On stage, these songs gain in relief, balancing gentle tension with precise pulses, performed by a band that allows the arrangements to breathe. On 23 April 2026 at Le Silex in Auxerre, join us for a concert focused on this new repertoire. An opening act has been announced.
