GuiHome, a videomaker and actor from Namur, arrives in Perpignan with a show conceived as the live extension of his short video pieces. His playground is everyday life: small contradictions, the quirks of the times, connected living and situations that feel instantly familiar. On stage he turns this material into taut stories, interior dialogues and brisk transitions, all guided by a self-deprecating humour. There’s no need to overdo it — he prefers the precise detail, the observation that hits the mark and the offbeat twist that catches you at just the right moment.

Trained as much in image as in speech, he pays careful attention to tempo, staging and the way a character can be established in just a few words. Between confessions voiced from the vantage point of an eternal teenager and the clear-sightedness of a hurried adult, he draws a thread that connects timelines and real life: family, friends, work and the ambient noise. You’ll encounter speech tics, micro-crises and big questions scaled down to human size, without preaching or moralizing.

GuiHome will be at the Palais des Congrès et des Expositions de Perpignan in Perpignan on April 10, 2026. It’s an opportunity to discover, live and in person, the world of a Belgian comedian who knows how to relegate the screen to the background and invite the audience into his frame.
