Laura Laune presents Glory Alleluia, her second solo show, at the Zénith in Lille on April 19, 2026. A Belgian comedian, writer and singer, she delivers crisp, rhythmic material carried by a very deliberate dark humour. Behind a seemingly prim appearance, she tackles sensitive subjects head-on, upends them, twists them and pushes them to their limits with an off-kilter sense of timing that hits the mark. Her taste for contrasts, precise language and a performance that creates a bittersweet tension—never gratuitous, always in service of the story she wants to tell—are all on display.

Glory Alleluia is a personal show in which Laura Laune further refines her way of placing the absurd at the heart of provocation without losing the narrative thread. She moves between caustic nursery rhymes, sharply aimed jabs and confessions that slip out of control, offering a journey guided by irreverence. Not recommended for under 14s.
