Info
Dummy arrives from Los Angeles with a four-member lineup: Alex Ewell (drums, synths, bass), Emma Maatman (vocals, synths, organ), Nathan O’Dell (vocals, guitar, organ), and Joe Trainor (guitar, bass, synths). Their music moves forward while avoiding the race for trends, as if isolation were a method of composition in its own right. On stage, this blend of instruments and textures promises a moving set, between group energy and more hypnotic passages, where voices and keyboards take as much space as guitars.
On January 30, 2027, at Le Chinois in Montreuil, they will present Do you love the color of the sky?, an album conceived against the grain, which seeks less the effect than the moment: songs that settle in, transform, and let space breathe. A date to let yourself be swept away by experimental, free, and unpretentious pop.
