Info
On December 11, 2026, Omar+ lands at Limelight in Belfast with a DJ set built on a tight, hybrid club language: contemporary RnB vocal textures threaded into direct house pressure and punchy 4x4 UK garage. Raised just north of London, he mixes a melodic sensibility inherited from classic harmonies (think Brandy, SWV) with the sleek mood of newer RnB and rap-adjacent references, while keeping the focus on movement and bass.
What makes Omar+ stand out is how naturally his Punjabi and Gujarati roots feed into those British club codes, shaping a sound that can switch from crisp, functional rhythms to more atmospheric, song-driven moments without losing the dancefloor. With early releases already catching the ear of artists from different scenes, this Belfast date is a chance to catch a project that’s still unfolding, where hooks, swing and darker cinematic flashes sit in the same frame.
