Info
Celebrating their 25th anniversary, the Von Hertzen Brothers culminate the year’s Rarities special shows across six towns, with Joensuu among them. On these concerts the band delves into the depths of its catalogue, bringing to light treasures and rarities from their records—songs that have received relatively little attention over the years and some that have never been heard live. The band arrives at Kerubi in Joensuu on Saturday, February 6, 2027. The show starts at 10:00 p.m. The Von Hertzen Brothers embark on these special shows with an expanded lineup. Joining brothers Mikko, Kie and Jonne von Hertzen, Mikko Sirén and Markus Pajakkala on stage is Juha Kuoppala, who played keyboards with the band from 2006 to 2016. Formed in 2001, the Von Hertzen Brothers are a Finnish English-language rock band. The band is known for its musicianship, multi-part harmonies and compositions in which progressive rock, melodic expression and a strong mood come together. To date, the Von Hertzen Brothers have released nine studio albums, a compilation album and a live album, and have performed actively in Finland and abroad.
