Info
David Bowie 80 – a tribute concert at Train on January 10, 2027. To mark what would have been David Bowie's 80th birthday on January 8, 2027, a number of Danish artists will come together to honor one of the most iconic and boundary-pushing figures in music history. Bowie was an artist in constant motion, a musical and cultural chameleon with a sense for aesthetics, timing, and transformation. His songs became the soundtrack to millions of lives, and his vision left its mark across everything from glam rock to punk and new wave. Ten years ago, a group came together for a brief tribute tour. Now they return. With love for the songs and respect for the legacy, the ensemble reunites to once again let Bowie's music fill the country's stages. Soloists - Steen Jørgensen - Kira Skov - Allan Vegenfeldt - Sebastian Wolff (Kellermensch) - Bjørn Fjæstad (Baal) - Dicte - Frederik Vedersø (The White Album) - Steffen Westmark (The Blue Van) Backing band – Baal: - Henrik Melander – piano, keyboards, backing vocals - Morten Lundsgaard – guitar - Troels Skjærbæk – bass, backing vocals - Kenni Andy Jørgensen – drums
