Info
On April 20, 2027, deca joins bring their Taipei-bred indie sound to The Concert Hall in Toronto. Active since 2013 and known for shaping Mandarin alternative rock with a dream pop haze, the band plays with restraint rather than rush: steady tempos, soft-but-cutting guitars, deep bass lines, and vocals that can feel close to spoken word. Onstage, those nocturnal, introspective moods take on a physical weight, somewhere between tight rock songwriting and blurred, late-night textures.
With releases ranging from the early EP Lu Qiang to the albums Bathroom and Niao Niao Niao, plus later EPs like Go Slow and An Liu, deca joins have kept widening their palette without losing that slow-burn identity. Expect a set that moves through melodic melancholy and roomy atmospheres, built for letting the details sink in track after track.
