Info
On January 29, 2027, Sylvan Esso lands at Troxy in London with the kind of set that turns sleek electropop into something physical and playful. Since 2013, Durham duo Amelia Meath and Nick Sanborn have built their identity on the clash between a hyper-mobile voice and electronic production that loves off-kilter rhythms, airy textures, and pop structures that never sit still.
Across four albums, they’ve kept pushing that balance between songcraft and experimentation, from the early breakthrough energy of “Hey Mami” to the more expanded ideas of later records and live formats. Their recent work shows how they keep the studio spirit alive: WDID, recorded in their Chapel Hill space with extra production from Jake Luppen, and KEEP ON, shaped through a week of improvisation with Daniel Aged on bass and TJ Maiani on drums. Expect a concert where tight beats, left-field details, and melodic hooks all share the same spotlight.
