Info
Moyka performs at RUST in Nørrebro on January 27, 2027, with her electronic pop, where the melodies are razor-sharp and the productions have both air and weight. Behind the name stands Norwegian Monika Engeseth, who since her earliest releases has cultivated a sound somewhere between art pop, electropop and indie pop, with a hint of dance-pop when the beat allows the music to move forward. Live you can expect songs that balance the introspective with the club-friendly: big choruses, synth textures, and a vocal that remains at the center even as the arrangements unfold. With albums such as The Revelations of Love and Movies, Cars & Heartbreak behind her, she crafts a universe that can feel intimate and cinematic, without losing the direct pop core. An evening for those who want electronic pop with edge and room for movement and reflection.
