Friday, November 20, 2026, at Djoon, System Sol invites Stella Zekri.
The women’s collective System Sol brings together Mimoon, Filosofia and Venus en Retrograde — three distinct styles fused into a surprising and complementary blend. Driven by groove, their musical palette traverses styles and eras — disco, house, UKG and more — connecting heterogeneous audiences. Having appeared on the Montpellier scene notably on Pinata Radio and as residents at Amplitudes Radio (Bordeaux), System Sol now shines nationally: radio, festivals, clubs; the collective spreads its energy at every appearance. They also seek to transmit this energy by organizing DJing initiation workshops to foster a new generation of artists, notably women.
Stella Zekri is a Berlin-based DJ whose style is guided more by emotion than by pure technique, with soulful sets nourished by years of vinyl digging (hip-hop, funk, soul, jazz, boogie) naturally navigating between house, disco, dubs and acid. Curator as well as DJ, she co-founded Body Language in 2021 with Camilla Rae and Caitlin Russell, a Berlin party renowned for its musical openness and its grounding in the city’s new queer scene. In 2022, she launched Stella and the Longos with Ed Longo: the album Détends-toi, an homage to 80s zouk and boogie, carried by her own voice. Between touring with the group and international gigs (Nowadays, De School, Gay Haze, Chine), she is also a resident at Cocktail d’Amore, at the Panorama Bar and on Refuge Worldwide.
