Info
At the outset of Requin Chagrin's fourth album, Décollage, there is a question that every artist dreads, but before which Marion Brunetto does not flinch: how to reinvent oneself without betraying oneself? Making space for musical impulses that are brighter and more new wave, with her new synths and drum machines, while preserving her bedroom-pop DNA—reverb-drenched guitars and garage?
With no certainty about the outcome, she decides to trust her instinct, which urges her to leave the city. Leave. Move. Take off.
