Info
Northlane bring The Anemoia Tour to Midway Music Hall in Edmonton on March 15, 2027, with the kind of modern metal set that keeps shifting under your feet. Born out of Sydney’s metalcore scene, the band built its identity on tight, syncopated riffs and progressive, djent-leaning structures, always playing with contrast: harsh vocals against melodic lines, heavy rhythmic drive against wide, atmospheric layers. Over the years, their sound has opened up to darker textures and electronic, industrial touches, without losing that precise, percussive backbone that makes the breakdowns hit and the grooves lock in.
Sweden’s Allt join the bill with a style that sits between progressive metal, metalcore punch, and djent mechanics. Expect fractured tempos, dense guitar patterns, and songs that flip between aggression and cleaner hooks, with long instrumental stretches and sudden breaks that keep the tension high. Together, it’s a night built on dynamics: weight, space, and a lot of forward motion.
