Info
On November 5, 2026, ear lands at The Cause in London with a set that treats pop songwriting like a lab experiment. Built as a true 50/50 collaboration between Jonah Paz and Yaelle Avtan, the New York duo stitches together collage-like production, IDM-leaning details and the blunt pull of indietronica hooks.
Expect restrained vocals, fragile synths and discreet rhythms that keep shifting under your feet: textures crackle, melodies stay close, and tension does the heavy lifting instead of big drops. It’s lo-fi electronic pop with a post-punk edge, tight and DIY in spirit, where sentimentality slips in through specific, plainspoken lines. After releases that led up to The Most Dear and the Future and the 2026 chapter Rumspringa, this London date feels like the right place to catch ear’s sound in motion, somewhere between intimacy and abrasion.
