Info
Deep Forest arrives in Barcelona on November 4, 2026 to perform at VOL with a live show that sums up more than three decades of hybrid electronic music. Born in northern France in the early 1990s, the project became recognizable for its approach to crossing downtempo, ambient and jazz textures with voices and traditional motifs from diverse cultures, creating a sonic journey where the organic and the synthetic coexist without clashing. In the show, that hypnotic pulse that defined their early hits is expected to reappear, with nods to the repertoire that put them on the map and to later phases in which they broadened their focus to other geographies. Since 2005, Éric Mouquet has kept the name in motion, pushing the formula toward new colors and collaborations, and bringing it to the stage with a production designed to let audiences lose themselves in layers, rhythms and melodies that gradually mutate.
