Info
On May 9, 2027, Tindersticks bring their slow-burning elegance to Vicar Street in Dublin, with that instantly recognizable mix of indie rock and chamber pop built around Stuart A. Staples’ deep, grainy voice. Expect a set where strings and soul shades sit naturally next to a faint jazz drift, always in service of restrained songs that take their time and hit quietly but precisely.
Since forming in Nottingham in the early 90s, the band have moved between orchestral richness and more stripped-back, direct approaches, without losing their signature sense of space. From the early mood of their self-titled records and Curtains to later chapters like The Hungry Saw, No Treasure but Hope and Soft Tissue, Tindersticks keep shaping a live experience that feels like a film scene stretching out in real time. In Dublin, that cinematic side should land especially well, for anyone who likes music that breathes and lingers.
