Info
Thundermother are coming to Debaser Strand in Stockholm on April 3, 2027, with the Mothers of Thunder Tour. Formed in Växjö in 2009, with guitarist Filippa Nässil at the driving core, the band has built its thing on straight-ahead hard rock: dry, hard riffs, boogie grooves, and a clear flirtation with the energy of 70s and 80s Australian rock. Live, it's about short, direct choruses, tense guitars and a fronted vocal delivery that pushes the songs forward, whatever era. With today’s line-up—Nässil on guitar, Linnéa Vikström on vocals, Majsan Lindberg on bass and Joan Massing on drums—the concert will trace the band's journey, from the early records Rock’n’Roll Disaster and Road Fever to later releases Heat Wave, Black and Gold and Dirty and Divine. For those who want hard, straightforward and tightly played rock, this is the night.
