Info
Alex Warren brings his pop and pop-rock songwriting to Blackweir Fields in Cardiff on 20 June 2027, turning the open-air setting into a space for big hooks and close-up emotion. After building his audience online through short-form videos, he’s been steadily carving out a music identity in the early 2020s, leaning into piano-led ballads, intimate atmospheres, and vocals that stay front and center.
On stage, expect a set built around direct, confessional lyrics that touch on family, grief, mental health, and complicated relationships, moving between stripped-back moments and more uptempo tracks without losing that accessible pop core. With melodies shaped for singalongs and a pop sheen that nods to emo influences, Warren’s live show is less about gimmicks and more about letting the songs land in real time—raw, catchy, and personal, all at once.
