Info
On November 21, 2026, The Irrepressibles land at EartH in London for a set that plays like a guided tour through Jamie McDermott’s many eras. Built as a retrospective, the show revisits the project’s indie-orchestral side, where voice, strings and chamber textures carry the drama as much as the melodies. Expect a return to signature songs like In This Shirt, alongside highlights such as Two Men in Love, Sweet & Unique, and a wider sweep of tracks that map how The Irrepressibles moved from early chamber-pop intimacy to more direct, beat-driven writing.
The second thread of the night pulls from Yo Homo!, where McDermott leans into queer-punk energy without dropping the symphonic tension that made the project stand out in the first place. Whether you came for the cinematic arrangements or the rawer recent edge, this is a chance to hear how all those moods connect on stage, in one continuous story.
