On April 1, 2027, Westside Cowboy lands at the Élysée Montmartre with the simple idea that has guided them since their Manchester beginnings: write sharp songs, play together, and let instinct do the rest. The quartet brings together Jimmy Bradbury and Reuben Haycocks (vocals and guitars), Aoife Anson O’Connell (vocals and bass) and Paddy Murphy (drums). Hailing from the same scene and having studied at the Royal Northern College of Music, they quickly found an alchemy that favors efficiency: no frills, songs that go straight to the point, carried by taut guitars and solid choruses.
On stage, their 'Britainicana' mixes twisted country, indie rock and a rougher edge, with undertones of the early days of rock ’n’ roll, from the Beatles to the Velvet Underground, without aiming to reconstruct. After touring their tracks between the United Kingdom and the United States, and making waves with the EP So Much Country ’Till We Get There, Westside Cowboy promises a taut, direct, collective concert, where everything hinges on the energy of the group.
