Pauline Croze returns to the stage on March 8, 2027, at L’Alhambra in Paris, with her distinctive way of establishing an immediate closeness: a voice you would recognize in a crowd, a discreet presence, and writing that goes straight to the heart without overdoing it. Since her self-titled debut album in 2005, she has built a career faithful to her taste for sober melodies and soft, velvety rhythms, somewhere between chanson, pop, folk, and soulful inflections. On this Paris date, she is presenting Jour se lève, an album that blends pop and poetry and unfolds a sensitive narrative, between romantic disillusionments, shadowy corners and bursts of light. Accompanied by her guitar, Pauline Croze makes her songs breathe, plays with silences and details, and carries the audience on an intimate journey, supported by delicately crafted arrangements.
