Info
On April 20, 2027, at the 3Olympia Theatre in Dublin, Alexis Ffrench brings his piano world to the stage: a writing style that moves between contemporary classical and neo-classical, with the pull of soul and R&B in the touch. His pieces often start from simple, repeating motifs, then open out into warm harmonies and clear melodies that feel almost vocal, as if the piano is telling the hook itself.
Trained at the Purcell School and the Royal Academy of Music, Ffrench has built his catalogue across albums like Bluebird, Evolution, Dreamland, Truth and Classical Soul Vol. 1, where European piano tradition meets a modern Black British and American sensibility. Expect a set that plays with intimacy and pulse, shifting from meditative lines to more rhythmic, groove-leaning moments, all driven by that direct, singable phrasing that has become his signature.
