On October 23, 2026, Shygirl will come to Berlin for a listening event with a signing at Rough Trade Berlin, centered around her new album 'SWALLOW!'. The evening is less a traditional concert than a focused encounter with the sound she describes as a kind of restart: pop songwriting that does not detach from her club roots, but consciously carries the edges of electronica.
Since 'Nymph' (2022), Shygirl has made the leap from the electronic underground to contemporary pop, without smoothing her blend of rap, spoken word, and singing. Her world is tightly connected with artists such as Sega Bodega and Mura Masa, as well as collaborations with Charli XCX, Arca, SOPHIE, FKA Twigs, or Björk. For 'SWALLOW!' she has worked with Karma Kid and Casey MQ, among others—and it is precisely this new balance of intimacy and intensity that will be heard first in Berlin, live, including a signing moment.
