On February 19, 2027, almost monday arrives in Madrid with its “Thank God It’s Almost Monday Tour” to bring their West Coast indie pop to Sala Lab/Wagon. The San Diego trio, formed by Dawson Daugherty (vocals), Luke Fabry (bass) and Cole Clisby (guitar), moves between clean guitars, nervy rhythms and a surf-tinged edge that blends with funk touches and discreet electronic details. Their songs favor clear choruses and that danceable drive that works just as well in clubs as in festivals, without losing a warm, intimate tone: everyday stories, relationships and that California road-and-beach vibe.
