From Lima to Berlin, Sofia Kourtesis arrives at La Terrrazza in Barcelona on October 11, 2026 to sign a Closing Night with a house sound of its own: Latin percussion, organic layers, treated vocals and melodies that stick with you without losing the emotional charge. In her debut album Madres (Ninja Tune, 2023) she turned the track into an intimate space, where personal storytelling, tenderness and also the pulse of protest fit; Vajkoczy enters there, with that direct hook and a weighty undertone.
Her electronics cross house, soft techno, downtempo and club pop with flexible rhythms and a refined craft of ambient textures, always with Latin American references that appear without being highlighted. And with the EP Volver, dedicated to Latin American trans women, she reinforces that idea of the club as refuge and as a voice. One last night to close the season with a set that dances and tells stories at the same time.
