On September 18, 2026, Bunker in Turin hosts a night built around three names that shaped DJ culture in different ways: DJ Qbert, Mad Professor and DJ Gruff.
DJ Qbert brings the turntablist angle, with a hands-on, technique-driven approach where the decks become an instrument. Expect sharp cuts, fast routines and that hip-hop DNA that turns a set into a performance rather than background music.
Mad Professor comes live with his deep dub science: heavy bass, space, echoes and evolving textures, the kind of sound he’s been refining since the early 80s, between London studios and European stages. Known for pushing roots reggae into electronic territory and for remix work that connected dub to trip-hop, his live set plays with voices and rhythms in real time, stretching them, dissolving them, rebuilding them.
DJ Gruff completes the line-up with a set grounded in the Italian hip-hop tradition, linking beats, scratches and a producer’s sense of groove for a flow that keeps moving.
