Hugorm visits TRAIN in Aarhus on February 4, 2027, with their distinctive blend of electro-rock and Danish, straightforward lyricism. The trio, comprising Simon Kvamm, Morten Gorm, and Árni Bergmann, has since 2017 forged a compact, nervy sound, where tight guitar riffs meet electronic pulses and an almost controlled edge of noise. Live, it’s about propulsion and tension: songs that swing between alternative rock and synthetic pop without losing the raw edge. With releases such as Kom vi flygter, Tro, hug og kærlighed, and Drømmehug, Hugorm has honed a sound that both echoes Kvamm’s earlier universe and, at the same time, stands firmly on its own. For the audience, it’s a concert where hooks and energy go hand in hand with the production’s details, and where each song feels intimate—even when it grows big.
