Second Summer Festival brings EKKSTACY to The Mod Club in Toronto on September 24, 2026, for a night built around his collision of post-punk bite, new wave shades, indie-rock guitars and melodic-rap instincts. Born from Vancouver’s internet-native scene, Khyree Zienty writes in tight, quick-hit formats: dark basslines, nervous rhythms, short choruses, and that push-pull between punk energy and pop melancholy that runs through tracks like “I Walk This Earth All by Myself.” Expect a set that moves fast, keeps the tension high, and leans into his detached vocal delivery and shadowy textures, from the early EP Negative to the sharper rock angles of Misery and the more wide-open palette of Ekkstacy and Forever.
Opening duties are handled by Cam Kahin, Concrete Vehicles, and Cold Court, setting the tone before EKKSTACY takes over.
