On March 29, 2027, at Dublin’s 3Arena, Trivium and In Flames share the bill for a night built on sharp riffing, big hooks, and that constant push-and-pull between melody and impact.
Trivium come armed with their trademark blend of thrash speed, metalcore tension, and clean-sung choruses that hit right after the storm. From the punchy directness of Ascendancy to the more expansive writing on Shogun and the recent run from The Sin and the Sentence to In the Court of the Dragon, their set is all about tight guitar harmonies, quick shifts in vocal attack, and songs designed for a live crowd.
In Flames bring the Gothenburg DNA: melodic death metal roots, fast-picked riffs, and lines you can actually hum. Over the years they’ve opened their sound toward modern metal and electronic touches without losing that sense of drive, and on stage the band still leans into momentum and cohesion around Anders Fridén’s voice.
Paleface Swiss add a raw beatdown edge, while VOLA balance syncopated heaviness with airy keyboards and electronic textures for a different kind of pressure release.
