Scan 7 (Scan Records, Underground Resistance, Tresor | Detroit) live
Scan 7 is an electronic music collective from Detroit founded in the late 1980s during the rise of the city’s second wave of techno producers. Scan 7’s members include an ever evolving lineup of masked musicians and vocalists led by founding member Track Masta Lou. Their sound is constantly evolving, echoing the techno sound of their hometown and then mutating from electro to house or other sub genres. In 2000 they premiered Scan 7: Live at the inaugural Detroit Electronic Music Festival (D.E.M.F). This first live performance helped solidify Scan 7’s reputation as a live electronic act until this day.

Antwon Faulkner has been active since the late 1980s. Born and raised in Detroit, Antwon started hustling mix-tapes at the age of sixteen. With music in his blood, this is what he was born to do. While people may be more familiar with his DJ moniker, “Twonz,” in 2009 we got to know a new Antwon, re-energized, excited and motivated. His focus shifted from throwing parties and DJing to making music and honing his craft as a producer.

Marivs (Fachwerk, Kaleidoscope | Toronto) vinyl set
A techno purist and seasoned selector, Marivs is the founder of Kaleidoscope, a vinyl-only event series that focuses on underground techno. His journey began in the early 1990s, spinning various electronic formats at Romanian radio stations before securing club residencies that honed his crowd-reading abilities. Since relocating to Toronto in 2013, his productions have garnered support from artists such as Mike Dehnert, Kaiser, Nicole Moudaber and Freddy K, with releases on labels including Fachwerk, Resource Records and Blast.

AUX_ID (Kaleidoscope | Rome/Toronto) vinyl set
AUX_ID is an Italian DJ who began his journey in 2006 when he started frequenting the vinyl store in Rome, Remix. It was here that he learned the art of mixing, under the mentorship of Freddy K and Paolo Zerla. In 2010, he joined CRS Records, founded by VSK and Conrad Van Orton, focusing on DJing while also exploring production. AUX_ID became involved in Rome's event scene, working with organizations such as Glucose, Paradigma and 21 Vibes to host techno nights alongside both local and international artists. In 2021, after moving to Toronto, AUX_ID returned to the underground scene, ready to contribute once again to the global techno community.
