Think of Ibiza, Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, New York, or Rimini: that mental map made of house, soul, techno, and cosmic Italo disco is the starting point for Crazy P when they switch into booth mode. Behind them are the British Chris Todd (Hot Toddy) and James Baron (Ron Basejam), a duo who blend technique and warmth without losing sight of what matters most: the groove and the connection to the dance floor. With more than three decades behind them as musicians, producers and DJs, Crazy P (born in Nottingham in 1995, originally known as Crazy Penis) have always moved between purists' respect and the ear of those who just want to dance. In this DJ set, they maintain that distinctive way of crossing disco, deep house and funk with a psychedelic twist, leaving room for melodies and basslines with personality. The date will be October 10, 2026 at Sala Villanos, Madrid, and it also serves as a nod to the energy Danielle Moore brought to the project for 22 years, a presence that shaped its identity and whose spirit still lingers in every selection.
