TIF, an Algiers-based rapper, has built music that truly comes to life in live performances. Between rap, sung melodies and sounds inherited from rai, chaabi, or gnawa, he naturally navigates between French and Arabic, with lyrics where exile, the memory of Algiers, and a certain melancholy surface without forcing it. On stage, this material becomes more organic, carried by a real band format: a way to open his tracks, let them breathe, and bring them into direct contact with the audience.
After Houma Sweet Houma and then 1.6, TIF returns in 2026 with SAVASHUIA, a project eagerly anticipated for three years. He will perform it in concert on October 1, 2026 at La Condition Publique in Roubaix, accompanied by his musicians, in this live format that has become his signature: intimate, tight, without unnecessary artifice, and designed so that each track takes on a new dimension once unleashed in the room.
