On 29 November 2026, La La Love You bring their Madrid-born pop-punk energy to Oslo Hackney in London. Active since the mid-2000s, the quartet—Roberto Amor, David Merino, Mía Berlín and Óscar Hoyos—works a tight, guitar-driven formula that sits between pop punk, indie rock and power pop: short tracks, clean hooks, and that push-and-pull between apparent lightness and a more bittersweet edge underneath.
After cutting their teeth on Spain’s indie circuit with early EPs and albums like Umm... Que rico! (2008) and La La Love You (2013), their profile shifted in 2019 with “El fin del mundo,” a single featuring Olaya Pedrayes (Axolotes Mexicanos) that opened their sound without losing the immediacy. Since then, they’ve leaned into punchy choruses, pop culture nods and a sharper sense of contrast—euphoria meeting disenchantment—while keeping the band setup front and center. Their 2023 album Blockbuster continues that line, with collaborations that widen the palette but keep the songs fast, direct and made for singing back.
