Laura Cox returns with Trouble Coming, her fourth album, released in October 2025, in which the French guitarist and singer reveals a more modern facet of her rock. For the occasion she has enlisted the No Money Kids duo to helm the production, aiming for a more polished, fresher and contemporary sound, while preserving the raw energy that has always defined her. She makes clear here that she is no longer merely a French revelation, but a prominent female figure on the European rock scene.
Between explosive anthems such as 'Do I Have Your Attention?' and more introspective and atmospheric tracks such as 'Trouble Coming', Laura Cox offers a balance between powerful riffs and melodic storytelling. Looking to the future, she pays homage here to authentic rock, bridging her classical roots and an assured modernity. Trouble Coming marks a new milestone in her musical evolution, rooted in the rock that shaped her, but guided by a freedom of writing and composition.
