MK, aka Marc Kinchen, lands at Opium Barcelona on July 15, 2026 for a night dedicated to house. Born in Detroit, he made his mark in the 1990s with a signature formula: deep and garage house, sharp pianos, smooth basslines, and chopped vocals cut like loops that grab you right away.
A producer and remixer with surgical precision, he left his mark on clubs with tracks like 'Burning' and 'Always', and above all with his rework of Nightcrawlers' 'Push the Feeling On', which became a classic on dancefloors. Re-emerging at the front of the scene in the 2010s, MK extended his trajectory with tracks tuned for today's clubs, between vocal house and a more upfront groove, such as 'Piece of Me' (with Becky Hill) or '17'.
