If you’re into instrumental music that hits like a technical workout but grooves like a club track, Polyphia are back on the road with their “Tour MMXXVI”, stopping at Alcatraz in Milan on November 25, 2026. Formed in Plano, Texas, the quartet built around guitarists Tim Henson and Scott LePage (with Clay Gober on bass and Clay Aeschliman on drums) started from metal and shred roots, then quickly opened their sound to prog, hip-hop, funk, pop and electronic textures. Expect sharp melodies, trap-leaning rhythms and that ultra-precise interplay that made records like New Levels New Devils and Remember That You Will Die a reference point for modern instrumental rock.
On the same night, Perturbator brings his darker electronic universe to Alcatraz in Milan on November 25, 2026. Behind the name is Paris-born producer James Kent, who channels his metal background into a mix of darksynth, synthwave and industrial pressure, inspired by sci-fi and cyberpunk atmospheres. From Dangerous Days and The Uncanny Valley to the colder, more frontal turn of Lustful Sacraments and beyond, his sets balance driving beats, nocturnal tension and abrasive edges, right at the crossroads of electronic and metal audiences.
